Participation of corporate bodies is agreed upon by a contract.

The registration fee includes:

  • a participant pack: a branded file (bag), the list of events within the Forum, a notebook, a ball pen, etc;
  • publication in the online collection of articles of the Forum;
  • assistance of the Organizing committee in booking a hotel;
  • tour of the city;
  • coffee-breaks.

Food, accommodation and travel expenses are paid by the participants themselves.
